In 2004 Allendale introduced Cost Saving Analysis, which has proved very popular with our customers. From submitting alternative component selection, to simple repositioning of components to decrease the manufacturing times. We breakdown the assembly and evaluate where the highest points of manufacturing times and highest value component parts are, and suggest real solutions to help reduce these costs.
For existing customers this service is usually carried out free of charge, upon request. All proposed changes are documented and require customer's approval prior to implementation. |
